How can I return my order?
All products must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Please send all returns by registered mail in their original condition to the return address on the shipping label, within 21 working days from receipt of the order. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
How do I make an exchange?
If you need to make an exchange, the items must be in their original unworn condition and sent to the address on the shipping label, within 21 days from receipt. Please contact hello@colormayvary.com before mailing the package so we can make sure the item is available. We will cover any additional costs for returns or shipping charges.
When are refunds or exchanges processed?
Refunds will be processed once we have received the item. We are also happy to refund any purchases if they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address on the shipping label, within 14 working days from receipt. Mark your return shipment as returned goods on customs or postal forms. We will refund what you have paid to us except for postage and packing. Returns past the 14-day period will be given store credit.
Shipping & Returns
We ship 1-3 day Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. We’re a small operation so currently ship orders once a week. The area you live in will determine the cost of shipping.
Please note that once your order has left our hands, the third party carrier becomes responsible for the package. If in the unlikely case that your package is lost or stolen after the carrier has marked your package as “delivered,” we will assist you with contacting the carrier, however, we will not be responsible for replacing, refunding, or crediting the item or shipping costs back to you.
International orders
To ensure your package is delivered without issues, please add your phone number and email address upon placing an order. We use USPS, and they may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Also, we are not responsible for any duty or customs fees you may incur. If you decide to not pay the fee, the package will be sent back to us and only the product will be refunded.
Please note, your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this and can not supply any details about why or how long your parcel will be delayed.
